We’re excited to care for you. If it’s your first time booking IV therapy, here’s what to expect:

  1. Complete your New Patient Medical History Form.
  2. Our provider will review it to ensure you’re eligible for treatment.
  3. Secure your appointment with a $75 deposit. Appointments are not confirmed without it.

Booking Policies

  • The $75 deposit is applied to your total balance.
  • If you're more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or incur a $25 late fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, HSA/HFA

Mobile Appointments

A $75 travel fee applies for in-home IV therapy. Additional charges may apply for locations more than 30 minutes away.
